I’ve been a busy Mother, Wife, Daughter and Technology Management professional for the last ten years. Juggling it all with good success, but never finding time for myself or even time to effectively share my experiences through writing, which was my first great passion.
And, then March 10 dawned, and I suddenly found myself on the inevitable wrong end of an Aol. layoff. The Downside, no job to go to and the obvious financial concerns; the Upside, more time for my family and my home, time to enjoy cooking, time to consider what is next and pursue it and time to start the blog I have been wanting to write for more years than I want to admit.
So, here goes—Chef, Mom and Thinker—I’ll be blogging about the joys and challenges of: raising three academically and athletically talented children; being the only child of two non-local, wonderful octogenarian parents; finding heart-healthy home gourmet dinners that my entire family enjoys; oh yes, and pursuing the next step in my career while doing all of the previously noted……
